MESSY MERCIES

Your information,
handled with care.

Last updated November 5, 2026.

When you request a cleaning estimate, we collect the contact details and cleaning information you provide, including your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, and service selections. Commercial requests also include your business name, service address, and the details you share about your spaces and tasks. We use this information to respond to your request, discuss your cleaning needs, and coordinate service.

How requests are processed

Our website is hosted by Netlify. Residential and commercial requests are processed through Netlify Forms and sent to our business email. We use Resend to send request-confirmation emails containing your name, email address, cleaning selections, and, for residential requests, your submitted estimate. Commercial requests are reviewed before pricing is provided. Netlify, Resend, and our business email provider process information to deliver these services. The questionnaire does not collect payment information.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits and questionnaire progress, including starts, steps reached, estimates viewed, submission attempts, errors and accepted requests. Google processes technical and usage information and may store analytics cookies. We do not send your typed answers, name, email, telephone number or service address as analytics event data. Advertising personalization is disabled. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page. Declining does not affect your ability to request cleaning. Reports exclude visits where analytics is declined or blocked.

Other website services

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to that service when loading those fonts. Hosting and font providers may receive technical information, such as your IP address, when you visit.
